Function: Antioxidant, solvent to improve adhesion and gloss.

FORMALDEHYDE

PHTHALATES (DIBUTYL PHTHALATES)
Function: Fragrance ingredient, plasticizer, solvent.
Present in: Many cosmetics and personal care products, read labels. Banned in EU.
